The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is responsible for driving the growth and development of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across emerging markets, including Italy, Turkey, Greece, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. The Hub operates in a diverse and dynamic environment, fostering collaboration across multiple countries and cultures, while focusing on strengthening market positioning and building strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders.

The Position:

Temporary Finance Intern reporting to the Financial Controlling & Accounting Senior Manager and providing support to different tasks within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Support in data entry, recordkeeping, and tax return processes
• Tracking and preparation of monthly reconciliation documents
• Providing support for invoice and expense processes
• Ensuring control over e-invoice and e-archive invoice processes
• Collaborate with team members on special projects
• Learn and apply accounting principles and practices

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year university student or fresh graduates from reputable universities in related fields (Economics, Accounting, Finance),
• Basic knowledge of accounting and strong numerical skills
• Good command of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn and strong organizational skills
• Able to work part-time

Job Description

• Support in the booking and clearing process of the stock and import invoices booked via matching and reconciling the invoice with the payments made
• Clearing process for Balance Sheet items like invoices to be received/recharged, advances received, and personnel advances.
• Support AP & Retail Sales Departments for reconciliations of Einvoices in the integrator vs. SAP
• Support for the preparation and submission of monthly Tax Declarations
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Filing, archiving, and transferring the physical documents received, created (such as bank transfers, legal notifications, etc.) during the year to the archive.
