Your role Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies. You will Report into the Operations Manager. Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly. Bachlor Degree in Electrical Engineering Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role, ideally within the Compressor or Industrial Equipment sectors. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and internal teams, providing clear technical advice. A proactive attitude towards safety compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards. Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools is advantageous.
