Product Marketing Executive

Description

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Executive to support two growing products:

OpenApply - Admissions/Enrollment Management, School Marketing, and Alumni Engagement platform for international schools

SchoolsBuddy - Co-curricular management platform for extracurricular activities and parent engagement

This is a broad, hands-on role focused on campaign execution, asset creation, and product storytelling. You’ll work across two products with different audiences, requiring adaptability and strong organisational skills.

You’ll play a central role in shaping messaging, producing compelling assets, and bringing campaigns to life in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Experience and Web/Design teams.

Experience with the international school market (e.g. as an IB graduate) and academic year cycles is desirable but not essential.

This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Messaging & Positioning

• Support refinement of value propositions and messaging for OpenApply and SchoolsBuddy
• Translate product features into clear benefits for key stakeholders (ability to translate technical releases to educators)
• Support with customer interviews and surveys to extract insights into positioning
• Help to shape target personas and messaging priorities

Campaign & Asset Execution

• Create landing pages, lead magnets, brochures and messaging/enablement decks
• Brief and coordinate with Web and Design teams to deliver digital assets, including videos
• Work across departments in order to support go-to-market strategy which resonates with educators and our schools, driving product growth for new logos, upsells, and renewals, as well as awareness internally within the company

• Support webinar campaigns and events
• Produce customer case studies and testimonials in collaboration with our content team

Sales Enablement

• Develop one-pagers, battlecards and objection-handling materials
• Ensure messaging consistency across global regions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product to understand feature updates
• Align with regional Marketing Managers on campaign execution
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams

What Success Looks Like

• Clear, differentiated messaging for OpenApply and SchoolsBuddy
• Consistent GTM execution across both products
• Strong collaboration and working relationship with Product, Demand Generation, Sales and Client Experience
• High-performing landing pages and campaign assets
• Sales team actively using your enablement materials
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or similar
• Exceptional written English
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Confident using AI tools to accelerate content production
• Comfortable coordinating briefs and managing stakeholders
• Former international school student (desirable but not essential)
• Experience using EdTech SaaS tools (desirable but not essential)
• 0–3 years’ experience in marketing or content roles
