Job Summary

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for the development, promotion, and communication of the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The position heads the initiatives into a global program that supports employee engagement and strengthens the employee value proposition while ensuring that the program enhances the Companys overall Company reputation while bridging community and business goals to drive impact and gain external visibility. 




Job Responsibilities 1

Oversee all internal and external communications for a Company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging. 


Develop and implement effective communication plans that build customer and, brand awareness, 


Plan and develop content and press releases. 


Preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees. 


Creation and development of: Print and online advertising, Email marketing, Web site management and content development, Press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral. 


Works with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies. 


Manage the implementation and continuance of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to ensure consistency and effectiveness globally. Ensure the CSR program is aligned with United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and supports the advancement of the sustainability goals. 


Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards; analyze results and develop action plans to ensure the organization has a best-in-class CSR program. 


Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget. 


Perform all other related duties as assigned. 


Manage communications to enable the organization to share information and build relationships with key stakeholders identifying stories, activities, and achievements of the service areas to share publicly and to manage media in a proactive and reactive way. 


Responsible for creating and writing content for advertisements, events, programs, and websites. Developing the Company's brand and establishing its online presence.




Job Responsibilities 2

Develop, analyze, and evaluate the impact, resource requirements and cost/benefit of new programs. Propose new programs and initiatives to key business leaders. 


Develop strategies and materials for the communication of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences, ensuring overall messaging consistency across business units and throughout corporate communications. 


Write and edit materials, and otherwise promote the CSR program and activities via the Company intranet, corporate website, and our digital channels, including production of UNGC annual report for the organization.


Actively contributes to communicating the compelling Company and employer brand messages. 


Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs. 


Identify and cultivate relationships with global Company peers engaged in Companywide CSR initiatives. 


Ensure overall programming and messaging consistency across business units and throughout corporate communications while accommodating unique programs and communications that are locally resonant and appropriate. 


Partner with internal departments to enhance and expand programs, metrics, and communications. Manage volunteers, community partners and interns as well as external vendors as necessary.

Knowledge of UNGC An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.


Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, meeting established timelines, quality, and design objectives.


Effective written and oral communication skills. 


 Strong teamwork skills required. 


 ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role. 




Job Experience

Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
