We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the enhancement and optimization of finance processes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment as well as supporting the global rollout in the remaining countries

This role combines strong finance expertise with SAP functional knowledge, enabling you to work closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and support end-to-end financial process improvements.

The focus is on hands-on functional consulting, cross-module collaboration, and bridging functionality within the system, rather than technical development or architecture ownership.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements across finance and controlling processes

  
  

• Configure and enhance SAP FICO functionality in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

  
  

• Bridge finance processes across modules to ensure end-to-end process alignment

  
  

• Work across SAP features and modules to support business requirements

  
  

• Translate business needs into effective SAP configurations

  
  

• Participate in stakeholder workshops and provide functional SAP expertise

  
  

• Support system enhancements, changes, and process improvements

  
  

• Collaborate with technical and support teams during implementation and post-go-live phases

  
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and system usage

  
  
  

What You’ll Need for this Role:

• Strong experience as an SAP FICO Consultant

  
  

• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus)

  
  

• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, cost controlling, reporting)

  
  

• Experience in SAP configuration and functional consulting

  
  

• Ability to work across modules and understand end-to-end business processes

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
