Job Title: Transportation Officer
Main Role:
To manage the transportation of Reborn specialists and make sure they reach the clients on time. You are responsible for making sure all transport-related tasks run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan Daily Routes
Work with the driver to plan daily routes based on the specialists’ appointment schedules.
2. Book Rides When Needed
Book rides for specialists who cannot go with Reborn drivers, especially during busy hours.
3. Coordinate Pickups
Inform specialists when the Reborn car or driver has arrived at their residence.
4. Track Arrivals
Stay in touch with the driver and specialist to confirm when she reaches the client’s house. Inform the call center and coordinate with them until tge client opens the door.
5. Confirm Entry
Check with the specialist to confirm she has entered the client's home.
6. Manage Delays
Stay informed if there are any delays at the client's place and adjust plans accordingly.
7. Arrange Pickups After Service
Ensure rides are available to pick up specialists once the session ends.
8. Notify Call Center About Delays
Immediately inform the call center about any delays so they can update the client.
9. Share Ride Invoices
Send screenshots of ride invoices as soon as each ride ends for record-keeping.
10. Stay Active in Group Chats
Keep track of new bookings and changes by staying active in the team WhatsApp groups.
11. Reporting
Send reports on fuel/gas spend, rides spend and operations report against each booking if the specialist arrived on time or not.
