As a Training Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about learning and development and is eager to build a career in training and employee development.
In this role, you will: Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs.
Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools.

#KSABayut Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus).
Interest in training, learning, and development.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills.
Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
