Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tires to customers and performing tire installation services on-site, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver tires to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
· Perform professional tire installation, replacement, balancing, and related services at customer locations or in the workshop.
· Load and unload tires, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
· Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure the van and equipment are maintained in good condition.
· Provide courteous and professional service to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service activities.
· Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Proven experience as a driver; experience with tire installation or automotive services is highly preferred.
· A technical certificate in tire services or a related field is preferred
· Strong knowledge of tire installation procedures and related equipment.
· Physically fit and able to handle lifting and manual work.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
