As part of our HR team in Riyadh, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of talent, helping drive the growth of our organization.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements Shortlisting candidates based on job criteria and scheduling interviews Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment reports Assisting in employer branding initiatives and managing job postings across platforms Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and procedures Supporting onboarding activities for new hires Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Pension scheme in accordance with Saudi labor regulations Paid annual leave and public holidays Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth within a leading Saudi investment group Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to communicate effectively with candidates for scheduling and follow-ups Able to start within 2–4 weeks of offer acceptance Preferred Qualifications: Internship or co-op exposure to HR or recruitment Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt.
com, Naukrigulf, or Indeed Interest in recruitment and HR operations Experience supporting employer branding initiatives Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
