Duties & Responsibilities:
* Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
* Maintains construction schedule, identifies, and solves problems.
* Orders materials and schedules inspection as necessary throughout the process.
* Understand the project plan and specifications.
* Maintains positive relationships with customers, constructors, suppliers, and other employees.
* Prepares, schedules, and supervises completion of a final punch list.
* Perform other related work
Educational & Training:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Licensed Engineer
Knowledge & Experience:
1.) Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years as a superintendent on large, multi-discipline projects. Proven expertise in coordinating electrical works, street lighting, and building construction.
2.) Fluent in written and spoken English.
