Store Captain – Convenience

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

 Efficient and organized to work in a fast paced and challenging environment 

 Eager to learn with an aptitude for applying new knowledge with skill and efficiency 

 Oversee daily operations of the convenience store

 Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

 Train and supervise store staff

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

 Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

 Maintain a clean and organized store environment

 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

 Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees

 Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers

 Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

 Must be hands-on and ready to execute any task required in store 

Job Specifications :

• Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or convenience store management
• Strong leadership and team management skills 

Minimum Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in working in convenience store /Hyper market /supermarket.
•   Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic ; English language is a plus.
