Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on daily site activities
• Review and verify method statements, work programs, and site execution plans
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and risks to the PMC management
• Review and respond to RFIs, site queries, and technical clarifications
• Monitor contractor performance related to schedule, manpower, and equipment
• Verify measurements, work completion, and progress reports
• Identify site issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Support testing and inspection activities for civil and road works
• Coordinate with discipline engineers for integrated site execution
• Review as-built drawings and assist in project handover activities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, standards, and local authority requirements
• Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
• Previous experience working under PMC or consultancy scope is essential
• Strong knowledge of road works, utilities, and infrastructure systems
• Familiarity with Saudi standards and construction practices
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
