Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale implementations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design end-to-end Siebel architecture aligned with business requirements
• Lead solution design, system integration, and technical strategy for Siebel CRM implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system enhancements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure best practices in design, coding standards, and deployment processes
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in Siebel CRM Architecture & Development
• Expertise in Siebel Tools, EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Configuration
• Hands-on experience in Siebel integrations, web services, and APIs
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
• Experience in large-scale implementations within enterprise or banking environments (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
