Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms

• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale enterprise applications

• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product owners to ensure shift-left testing and CI/CD integration

• Own end-to-end test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, security, and integration testing

• Drive code quality through automation, code reviews, static analysis, and other quality gates

• Develop and manage test data strategy using mocks, stubs, or service virtualization

• Mentor junior testers and lead SDET teams, enforcing best practices and standards

• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions

• Work in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments and contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML testing or data validation pipelines

• Familiarity with security testing practices or tools like OWASP ZAP

• ISTQB/Certified Agile Tester or other relevant certifications
