The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver PMO and project controls performance on assigned commissions under senior mentorship.
• Support the design and implementation of effective PMO frameworks and strategies.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, contributing to governance and reporting processes.
• Prepare monthly reports and facilitate structured performance reviews.
• Recommend and develop methodologies, integrating planning and risk disciplines to strengthen delivery.
• Align PMO activities with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and sustainability goals, including net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline; progress toward chartership preferred.
• Experience supporting PMO and project controls delivery on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and software including MS Office, Power BI, and Primavera.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaborative team mindset.
