You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead category management activities, defining strategies and driving leadership to deliver value and operational excellence.

  
  

• Develop and maintain strong relationship management expertise, building effective internal and external partnerships.

  
  

• Manage and lead teams by establishing clear structures, tools, and responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of plans.

  
  

• Conduct due diligence and develop deep understanding of company operations, supply markets, and industry dynamics.

  
  

• Drive value creation through process optimisation, performance improvement, and commercial opportunities.

  
  

• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of plans, ensuring successful delivery through team execution.

  
  

• Deliver objectives effectively under challenging conditions while maintaining timelines, quality, and performance standards.

  
  

• Manage stakeholder relationships and team performance, providing coaching and development while supporting sustainability goals, including net zero carbon initiatives.

You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments. Equally important is a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence — qualities that define how we partner with our clients and deliver lasting impact.
