Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer with expertise in Electrical engineering to oversee and manage the procurement process for electrical components and equipment at our MEP projects in KSA.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of electrical materials.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their electrical component requirements and provide procurement support.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain to prevent any delays in project timelines.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Attested Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working in procurement within the electrical industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent technical knowledge of electrical components and equipment.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
