At least 8-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.

Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
Ability to conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Professional engineering license is a plus.
