Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – CAFM (SAP Specialist) to lead the configuration, deployment, and operational readiness of EAM / CAFM systems across a diverse asset portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are fully aligned with asset handover and seamlessly transition into facilities management operations.

Key responsibilities: Work closely with the IT & technology team on insuring CAFM system activation in all its functions and module, ready for deployment prior to site handover.
Assets Data Architecture: working closely with the development & IT team on ensuring the master assets register is uploaded into the CAFM System by location and assets type.
Ensuring the readiness of the preventive maintenance strategy and assets are scheduled according to the assets O&M manuals.
Take a key part in the handover process of all assets class delivered to the AM team.
Closely monitor failed and backlog tickets and escalate accordingly.
Performance monitoring: SLA’s & KPI’s dashboard providing live data update over deliverables and performance.
CAFM system integration with existing systems and as needed.
Monthly, quarterly reports etc.
. Delivering the performance scoring mechanism in relation to the SLA’s & KPI’s.
Ensure all EAM / CAFM system data is accurate and that the system is always fully operational.
Close coordination with the IT system division and operational principles.
Monitor emergencies and escalate as seen fit.
System enhancement and patches are timely deployed.
Comprehensive benefits package Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum 7+ years of experience in CAFM/EAM systems within facilities management environments Proven experience in deploying and activating CAFM systems at scale Strong knowledge of SAP and system integrations Experience in FM operations and asset handover processes IFMA certification is an advantage
