🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates & BoQs
Interpret engineering/architectural drawings for take-offs
Apply NRM2 for detailed cost breakdowns
Support cost planning, value engineering & estimate development
Ensure compliance with CSI format and standards
Collaborate with project teams and procurement
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
8+ years of relevant experience in estimating and cost control
