The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading workstreams within consulting engagements, developing analytical insights, and delivering high-quality client outputs.
The role works closely with Managers and Engagement Leads to execute project components and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute specific workstreams within consulting projects.
Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities.
Develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable findings.
Support client meetings through preparation of materials and presentation of findings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Contribute to problem-solving and structuring of project approaches.
Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables in line with consulting standards.
Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices within the team.
Assist in identifying additional opportunities within client engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
