Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Brand Designer to spearhead the development and evolution of our brand identity.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand strategies and visual systems that resonate with our target audience and set us apart in the marketplace.
You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and oversee all aspects of brand design to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand identities and visual systems Design packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams on creative projects Manage multiple brands and prioritize creative tasks effectively Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail Develop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels Drive the creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all brands Oversee the design and production of brand assets, campaigns, presentations, and creative materials Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to keep the brand fresh and competitive Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design, with proven leadership or management roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative leadership.
Excellent knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
Experience managing and developing a creative team.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
