we are a high street beauty salon with around 30 years in business committed to offering a relaxing and satisfying experience for our large number of clients with our wide range of beauty services to suit each preference and need of our clients.
we are looking for a salon manager to be responsible for our day to day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This process includes, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, scheduling appointments, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
Hire, train, and manage salon staff, including , therapists ,receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service.
Manage the salon supplies, products, and equipment inventory, dealing with suppliers,, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustment.
