Description
This role focuses on developing relationships with clinicians, dental schools, and KOLs to increase adoption and market share.
Key responsibilities:
Drive sales of dental implant solutions by engaging directly with dental professionals and institutions.
Deliver product education and support to clinicians through training sessions, workshops, and KOL events.
Partner with Clinical Educators and Marketing to execute local educational strategies.
Act as the trusted expert on implant products, addressing clinical and business-related queries.
Track customer activity, maintain CRM data, and contribute to business planning.
Stay informed on competitor activity and share insights internally.
Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new sales team members where applicable.
Provide professional follow-up and resolution of customer issues or complaints.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this role:
Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with proven local experience in dental implant sales with a leading multinational or leading distributor
Minimum 3 years of experience in dental implants sales.
Deep understanding of implant systems and clinical applications.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Structured, proactive, and organized approach to territory management.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Willingness to travel within Riyadh as required.
