Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Associate will play a key role in promoting and selling a range of products including gold and jewelry tools, materials, machinery, and equipment. This role requires daily interaction with clients, efficient sales follow-up, coordination with internal teams, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing industry, and a proactive sales mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

Ø Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers to generate leads, take orders, and follow up on their specific requirements.


  • Promote and sell a wide range of products, including tools, materials, and machinery used in gold and silver jewelry manufacturing, as well as supplies occasionally used by dental laboratories.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and assist in executing day-to-day marketing and sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports to management, including updates on customer interactions, orders taken, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Tools & Consumables (TC) Manager to monitor and follow up on financial collections and outstanding customer payments.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure timely product availability and restocking in coordination with the inventory team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product range and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and excellent service.

L’azurde Industrial Center (LIC) is a specialized division within L’azurde that provides high-quality tools, machinery, materials, and services tailored to the gold, silver, and jewelry manufacturing industry.



المهارات

Education & Technical Background:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing equipment, especially those relevant to gold and jewelry production.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial tools, machinery, or manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with jewelry production processes or dental lab tools is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with retail clients and manufacturers in the industrial or precious metals sector is preferred.

Language & Communication:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Good command of English for reporting and product understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to conduct daily field visits and manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Skilled in preparing sales reports, collecting market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams (finance, inventory, etc.).
  • Competent in using MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Age under 35 is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel daily between customer sites in Riyadh or Jeddah.
  • High level of personal discipline, accountability, and initiative.
