We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in the automotive dealership and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on our workforce.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the organization.
  6. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring processes.
  9. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
