Seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development and asset enhancement projects across our portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring that our real estate investments - spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments - are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic investment goals.

The company is a Shariah compliant boutique investment company licensed by the Capital Market Authority ("CMA") of Saudi Arabia and primarily focused on asset management, alternative investments, and investment banking. They have a strong portfolio of real estate investments.
Description
Lead end-to-end project management of real estate developments across planning, design, construction, and handover stages.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure projects are delivered within approved parameters.
Manage consultants and contractors, reviewing contracts, deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for new and existing real estate assets.
Work closely with the investment team to assess and support acquisition, development, or divestment decisions.
Track project KPIs and provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for asset value enhancement through renovation, repositioning, or tenant mix strategies.
Serve as the point of contact between the firm and development partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or PMP is a plus.
7-10 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, preferably in investment-driven environments.
Proven track record in delivering residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, development feasibility, and cost management.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
Arabic language skills are an advantage (if relevant to region).
