About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance Systems:Establish operational quality control frameworks. Develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
• Risk Mitigation:Build and execute loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction schemes to hit regional target metrics.
• Ground Operations Coaching:Provide operational guidelines and coaching to local ground operations teams to improve technical and management capabilities.
• Key Account (KA) Performance:Establish workflows to maximize successful delivery rates and maintain high satisfaction for major local market Key Accounts.
• Cross-Cultural Alignment:Act as a key liaison to align regional operational frameworks with global standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience:3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e-commerce, express courier, or 3PL experience preferred).
• Skills:Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data quantification skills.
• Cultural Astuteness:Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross-cultural environment.
• Languages:Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is requiredto effectively manage cross-border stakeholders. Arabic is a plus.
