Quality Control Engineer | KSA

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong expertise in QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) to join a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia.

. Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards

. Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems)

. Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures

. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements

. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes

. Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities

. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems

. Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers

. Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments

. Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts

. Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems)

. Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives

. Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions

. Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers

. Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering

. Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC

. Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory)

. Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory)

. Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation

. Strong communication and reporting skills
