Specific responsibilities may include:
· Continually integrate and perfect the QCS of company, including but not limited to development of new procedures or regulations, updating the present documents about QC.
· Communicate company QCS by course delivery, presentation, meeting, symposium or colloquium.
· Maintain and update all documents, e.g. meeting minutes, record and report, about company QCS and provide these documents.
· Keep in contact with API of USA and conduct necessary activities such as internal audit, QCS review, after the API Q2 Accreditation is achieved.
· Ensure the implementation of company QCS by means of supervision e.g. regular inspection, tracking correction for non-conformance.
· Carry out management of change (MOC), risk assessment, corrective actions and preventive actions.
· Conduct investigations and consequently develop reports for QC incident such as property loss.
· Assist HSE Excellence Supervisor to perform QSI of HSE.
· Participate in HSE annual performance evaluation.
· Participate in HSE incident investigation.
· Participate in various training courses for personal skill development.
· Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015/API Q2 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
· Understand the implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
· Ability to communicate at numerous levels internal and external to the company.
· Strong presentation, record keeping, organizational and follow-up skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to travel to workplaces across the country.
· Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and HSE related computer software.
· Solid knowledge in HSSE and public relations.
· Ability to investigate problems or potential problems to avoid reoccurrence.
