We are looking forProject Quotation Engineerto strengthen our Flow ControlGlobalProject QuotationteaminDammam, Saudi Arabia.In this role,you willberesponsibleforthe project quotation phase—combining deep technicalexpertisewith commercial awareness to deliveraccurate, competitive, and customer-focused proposals.

Yourresponsibilities

• Lead Technical Quotations: Prepare the technical scope of project quotations, includingselection, sizing, and pricing of control valves and field equipment, based on customer data sheets and P&IDs. 

  
  

• Act as Technical Expert: Provide expert support during the quotation phase and contribute to winning project strategies. 

  
  

• Support Commercial Activities: Contribute to the commercial aspects of quotations when agreed with Sales, including pricing and negotiation inputs. 

  
  

• Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Take ownership of technical correctness, quotation timelines, documentation, and overall proposal quality. 

  
  

• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with sales teams, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across regions and cultures. 

  
  

• Participate in Negotiations: Support and engage in customer discussions and bid clarifications.

  
  

Whoisthecandidatewearelookingfor

• Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related process discipline.

  
  

• At least 10years of experience in the valve industry (mandatory).

  
  

• Expertisein handling the Middle East projects and strong familiarity with Saudi Aramco and SABIC requirements.

  
  

• Strongexpertisein control valve sizing andselection(essential requirement).

  
  

• Understandingprocess industries such as Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Mining.

  
  

• Knowledge of instrumentation systems (valves, field instruments, installation, field engineering) is a strong advantage.

  
  

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

  
  

• Willingness to travel about 20% of your working time.

  
  

• Systematic and assertive character, being able to manage complex situations under pressure.

  
  

• Team-playerwhoisopen-mindedand willing to share knowledge with others.
