We envisage success in this role to include;

• Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and award recommendations
• Source and prequalify vendors and subcontractors in line with project requirements
• Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and project teams to ensure accurate scope definition
• Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with client policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations
• Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and documentation
• Support contract administration, variations, and claims related to procurement
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting

To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum a:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10–15 years of procurement experience within construction/PMC projects
• Strong experience working on large-scale mixed-use or infrastructure developments
• Prior experience in KSA and familiarity with local suppliers and regulations
• Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and contract management skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
