الوصف الوظيفي

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organization's procurement needs, and identify potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
  • Work closely with teams across departments to comprehend procurement needs and liaise with potential suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and quality adherence.
  • Generate and evaluate procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts, furnishing senior management with valuable insights to facilitate well-informed choices.
  • Formulate and implement procurement plans that enable the acquisition of required resources, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Design and execute procurement strategies that guarantee the timely procurement of materials, goods, and services needed for seamless operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to comprehend procurement demands, interface with potential suppliers, and negotiate terms that balance cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.

المهارات

  • Experience 10 years in either Maintenance of heavy equipment or in Construction.
  • Bachelor
  • Excellent in English (writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Excellent in MS Office
