The role is responsible to lead and manage end to end procurement cycle. This includes strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor management, and overall procurement management.

Description

Procurement Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that support company objectives.Identify and qualify suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of services.Manage the tendering process, including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of bids, and contract award recommendations.Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and contractors.Monitor Vendors' performance and maintain effective supplier relationships.Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.Evaluate market trends to forecast procurement needs and price fluctuations.


Commercial Management Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts with consultants, and subcontractors.Monitor project budgets and ensure cost controls are in place.Analyze commercial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability.Support project managers in resolving contractual and commercial issues.Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and up to date.Provide commercial reporting to senior management.


Team & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor procurement staff.Collaborate with internal teams in other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to align procurement and contract requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for major commercial negotiations.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil or architect engineering7 to 10 years of experience in procurement and commercial roles, preferably in construction and engineering sectors.Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.Good knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and procurement procedures.Proficient in ERP systems.
