Overhead Crane Service Technician

Role Overview:

Cap Blanc W.L.L is hiring a skilled Overhead Crane Service Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on field-based role focused on ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of overhead crane systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes and related lifting equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
• Conduct site inspections, service assessments, and repair works at client facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation of service reports and maintenance logs
• Liaise with customers to understand service needs and provide technical support
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all on-site activities
• Assist with crane system upgrades, retrofits, and new equipment commissioning when required

Additional Information:



• The role requires physical work including climbing and working at heights
• Will involve travel within Saudi Arabia for field service assignments
• Flexibility for emergency service calls and overtime is expected
