🔧 Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable O&M CHW (Chilled Water) Pump Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of chilled water pump systems across various facilities. This role plays a critical part in sustaining system efficiency and preventing unplanned downtimes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities on CHW pump systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair pump-related issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Monitor system performance and perform efficiency and performance verification tests.
• Execute vibration analysis and alignment tests to maintain mechanical integrity.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and startup of new chilled water pumps and components.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to support troubleshooting and installation.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues affecting system performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
