Night Manager

We are looking for an experienced Night Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Night Manager, you’ll oversee hotel operations during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee hotel operations during the night shift

· Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a professional manner

· Supervise night staff and ensure proper coordination across departments

· Monitor daily reports, check-ins, and check-outs

· Ensure accuracy in billing and system updates

· Maintain safety, security, and overall guest satisfaction throughout the night

. Excellent English communication

Qualifications

· Previous experience in front office or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to handle emergencies and guest issues calmly

· Good leadership and communication skills

· Ability to work night shifts

· Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
