الوصف الوظيفي

The Medical Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the healthcare industry by promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills. The representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical products.
  3. Identify and target potential clients in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  4. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  5. Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding product usage and benefits.
  6. Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities to the management.
  7. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote products.
  8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  10. Experience in the medical sales field is a plus.
