Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment (RCM / SME) | KSA

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment (RCM / SME) for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia.

• Maintenance of rotating equipment: pumps, centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, steam & gas turbines

  
  
  

• Expertise in mechanical seals, API seal plans, gearboxes, fin fans, cooling towers, agitators & mixers

  
  
  

• Hands-on participation in RCM workshops

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of RCM methodology as per SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012

  
  
  

• Ability to apply RCM 7 key questions for failure analysis and maintenance planning

  
  
  

• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs

  
  
  

• Collaborate with operations & maintenance teams to ensure asset health and performance

  
  
  

• Conduct training sessions on RCM principles and maintenance best practices

  
  
  

Tools & Systems

• RCM Software: GE APM Meridium

  
  
  

• CMMS: SAP PM

  
  
  

Certification : CMRP

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

  
  
  

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

  
  
  

• Experience in oil refinery / petrochemical / heavy industry projects preferred

  
  
  

• Strong hands-on exposure to RCM implementation

  
  
  

• Proven ability in maintenance planning & reliability improvement
