2. Role Summary The MSC – Events & Activations is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing events and activations. This includes internal initiatives, customer-facing activations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaigns. The role focuses on ensuring consistency with brand values, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence in every event touchpoint.
3. Reporting Structure • Solid-Line Report: Assistant Manager – MarCom • Dotted-Line Collaboration: MarCom Director (for major activations, brand-sensitive initiatives, concept approvals, and leadership reporting)
4. Key Responsibilities • Develop event briefs aligning with strategic brand and business unit (BU) goals. • Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events and showroom activations. • Lead CSR campaigns and employee engagement events. • Manage external vendors, venues, and service providers. • Ensure brand alignment through event branding, signage, and collaterals. • Obtain internal approvals and align with key BUs and Corporate Communications. • Prepare and submit post-event reports and performance evaluations to the MarCom Director.
5. Collaboration Map The MSC – Events & Activations works closely with the Assistant Manager (daily coordination), MarCom Director (strategic alignment), Campaigns & SoMe lead, Retail & CS, Creative Services, external vendors, and Corporate Communications to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency
6.Strategic Contribution This role contributes significantly to brand perception, customer engagement, and internal morale by delivering high-impact, brand-aligned events.
