Ensure delivery excellence across all engagements and portfolios.
Approve and oversee major strategic decisions, investments, and initiatives.
Build and lead a strong executive leadership team and organizational structure.
Represent the firm at national and international forums and strategic events.
Ensure alignment with Vision 2030 and long-term organizational goals.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
15–25+ years of experience in consulting, executive leadership, or senior management roles.
Proven experience in leading large organizations or consulting firms.
Strong track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
Extensive experience in strategy, transformation, or advisory services.
Strong executive presence with experience engaging government and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong commercial acumen and organizational leadership capability.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
