Manager - Real Estate Advisory

WSP is seeking a Manager to join our growing Real Estate Advisory team in the Middle East. The role will be based in Riyadh and will be focused on managing real estate consulting assignments across Saudi Arabia, including market research, feasibilities and highest and best use studies, among others. 

• Managing real estate consulting assignments including oversight of project planning, execution and team management
• Acting as primary contact for client assignments, managing communication with the client team and other key stakeholders.
• Conducting detailed reviews of deliverables, ensuring the highest degree of quality and alignment with WSP brand standards.
• Leading client meetings and presentations.
• Providing on-the-job training and guidance for Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Contributing to business development through client sourcing, attending networking events and proposal and bid preparation.
• Executing internal project management processes in line with WSP ways of working.
• Managing in-house research databases, including leading and overseeing continuous updates.
• Leading thought leadership and research paper preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in real estate consulting, management consulting, real estate development or related field. 
• Experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English – Arabic a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of real estate development, finance, feasibility and research methodologies.

• Flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia / regionally depending on project and client requirements.
