Responsible for preparing raw materials, vegetables & proteins, ensuring courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service within restaurant operational standards.
The focus of the LC is to assemble products as per the standard recipes provided to them, ensure safety and cleanliness, minimize wastage and control costs without jeopardizing quality or quantity, and maintain a positive friendly relation with customers and embed this culture in all team members.
✓ Ensure products are prepared within the set time parameters.
✓ Abide by the schedule set to them, including breaks, leaves and overtime.
✓ Attend pre-shift briefings and contribute effectively.
✓ Ensure Pre-shift setup is complete before service starts.
✓ Ensure adequate quantities of all food groups are available, with ample backup as per PAR levels
✓ Assist coworkers and ensure all stations are ready on time.
✓ Provide guidance to trainees and share information to improve overall readiness and performance.
✓ Apply and monitor shelf-life labels ensuring compliance to FSM regulations.
✓ Utilize routine checklists and FSM lists constantly and ensure all team members abide by them.
✓ Provide feedback to line manager in relevance to products, customers, colleagues and various work parameters.
