Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Role Summary: The Inspector (Monitor) will be responsible for conducting daily field monitoring of cleaning contractors’ performance within the assigned geographical area.
This role ensures that operational services are executed in compliance with the required service levels and contractual requirements, while supporting quality and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field inspections of cleaning contractors within the assigned area.
Ensure services are delivered according to contract requirements and service levels.
Monitor and follow up on complaints and contractor response times.
Document field observations using smart systems with photos and location data.
Submit daily monitoring reports highlighting findings, violations, and performance issues.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
0–2 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, or 2 years of experience for Diploma holders in monitoring, inspection, or related fields.
Preferred training in monitoring activities (waste collection, transport, recycling, and disposal).
