About the Role:

The HSE Engineer will oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects of construction activities. The role ensures strict compliance with KSA regulations, drives safe work practices, and supports the project team in maintaining a strong safety culture across all site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE systems on-site.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and international standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance.
• Deliver safety training and reporting.

Requirements:

• Total 10-20 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in construction supervision or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of KSA HSE regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
