Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department. This role is essential in bringing visual concepts to life across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with an eye for design, deep knowledge of current trends, and a passion for delivering visually compelling materials that align with our brand and client goals.

Responsibilities:

Design Production

•   Create high-quality visual designs for various platforms, including digital (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.).
• Develop engaging graphics, layouts, illustrations, and design elements that communicate key messages effectively.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver visual assets that align with strategic direction.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

Brand Compliance

• Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines related to colors, typography, and visual tone.
• Collaborate with the branding team to evolve the brand’s visual identity and storytelling.

Client Interaction

• Present design concepts and explain creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collect and incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high design standards.

Revisions and Feedback

• Adapt designs based on internal critique and client input.
• Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness during the feedback and revision process.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct final reviews for design accuracy, layout precision, and print/digital readiness.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet agency and client standards for excellence.

Trend Awareness

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and creative tools to continuously improve quality.
• Explore innovative visual techniques and design styles to keep output fresh and competitive.

Time & Project Management

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and priorities efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation and organized files for all creative assets.
