Your key duties

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering Graduate to join our prestigious team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.

• Support the design and coordination of civil engineering elements, including roads, highways, earthworks, grading, drainage, utilities, and public realm infrastructure.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary projects across transport, water, sustainability and masterplanning sectors.
• Assist with producing technical reports, engineering drawings, and BIM/CAD models.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs are technically sound, sustainable, and aligned with client expectations.
• Continuously develop your technical, digital, and consulting skills through structured learning and mentoring.

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (must have graduated within the past 12 months or be due to graduate this academic year).
• Strong academic background and interest in infrastructure design, water engineering, or urban development.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• A genuine interest in sustainable design and making a positive impact through engineering.
