Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the golf restaurant.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the golf and restaurant teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
Provide guests with menus, explain specials, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
Maintain an organized and tidy hostess station and dining area to uphold cleanliness standards.
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including preparing the dining area and updating reservation logs.
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmly.
Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and courteous attitude.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury service standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of dining etiquette and beverage offerings is preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
