General Manager , Perfumes & Cosmetics

Our client is a Medium Size Company in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry with high growth potential . They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead their operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of driving significant business growth, navigating market challenges, and implementing successful turnaround strategies.

• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to enhance brand market share and long-term profitability within the competitive KSA and GCC beauty landscape.

  
  

• Business Turnaround: Lead high-impact turnaround initiatives to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and revitalize underperforming business segments.

  
  

• Financial Management: Oversee full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and capital allocation to ensure fiscal health.

  
  

• Operational Excellence: Direct daily business operations across retail, distribution, and supply chain functions to ensure seamless service and product availability.

  
  

• Market Expansion: Lead aggressive growth strategies, identifying new retail channels and expansion opportunities throughout the GCC region.

  
  

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and agility.

  
  

• Stakeholder Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison to the Owners, providing transparent, data-driven reporting and strategic advisory on business performance and risk mitigation.

  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  
  

• Experience: 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management capacity.

  
  

• Expertise: Demonstrated success in turnaround challenges and strategic growth.

  
  

• Market Exposure: Extensive experience within the GCC region; strong preference for candidates with direct, proven work history in KSA.

  
  

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (Bilingual).

  
  

• Availability: Ability to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
