Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy and annual planning processes.Establish and oversee performance management frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.Collaborate with business units to monitor progress, address strategic gaps, and drive results.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and performance reports.
Profile
My client is looking for a Saudi National for this role10-15 years of experience, with a strong background in management consulting (Big Four or equivalent).Experience with tech or digital clients is preferableProven experience in corporate planning, strategic execution, and performance management.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
